Theplumbing in the building is finished. External works has begun.

Electricityhas been distributed from the 1st to the 10th floor inclusively, low-currentwiring– from the 1st to the 10th floor. Waterproofing in the bathrooms is 100%ready. Tiles have been laid in apartments on floors from 1 to 10.

Plastering in apartments is 100% complete, corridors of residential floors – 100%, work has begun on the stairs. Screed in apartments – 100%, in corridors - 100%. Waterproofing on terraces and roof is complete. On balconies – 100%, fire tank– 100%.

Putty in apartments and common corridors from floors 1 to 10 is complete.

Windows have been installed from floors 1 to 10. An aluminum facade structure has been installed on the staircase side. The facade on the boulevard side is finished. Installation of stone for fencing balconies has been completed on the southernand western facades, stone has been installed on fencing of terraces. Northern facade – 30% readiness.

Elevators have been installed. The sprinkler fire extinguishing system in the underground parking has been installed, commissioning work is underway.

Installation of the ventilation and smoke removal system in the underground parking is inprocess.

Thermal insulation of roofs and terraces has been completed. Preparation forcement-sand screed is in process.

We have started installing of apartment entrance doors.
