We exceed your expectations in terms of construction quality and do more than you expect. We approach the process with our many years of expertise in building in climates with temperatures ranging from -20 to +40 throughout the year.

We take care of the comfort of residents at any time of the year, so we use 80 mm wall insulation instead of the standard 50 mm. This means that the building will not be hot in summer and cold in winter.

We install two elevators with a capacity of 630 kg with spacious cabins instead of the standard passenger elevators with a capacity of 450 kg.

For your comfort and to reduce excessive humidity, we finish the bathrooms with underfloor heating. Additionally, we make a socket for installing a towel dryer.
