Stretch ceilings in bathrooms are under installation, work has been completed on the 8th floor

Stretch ceilings in bathrooms are under installation, work has been completed on the 8th floor. Water meter cabinets have been installed on all floors. Installation of final electrical wiring are completed on floors 2-5, 7, 9, 10.

Tiling of elevator portals on floors 1-2 has been done. Installation of interior doors is ongoing, completed in apartments 1-7, 9 on floors 2-6, 9. Work on painting the apartments continues, completed in apartments 1-7, 9 on floors 6, 7, 8.

Laying parquet has been finished in apartments 1-7, 9 on the 6th floor and in apartments facing the southern facade on floors 9, 10.

Installation of external air conditioner units on the northern facade has been fully completed, the scaffolding has been dismantled. Work is being carried out on the arrangement of the facade and terraces of the 10th floor and access to the roof. The tower crane has been dismantled.

Electrical work is underway in the parking and the installation of the main switchboard in the electrical panel. The work on painting the walls in the parking lot has been finished.
