Plumbing works have been completed from the 0th to the 10th floor, and work is currently underwayon the 1st floor and the roof. Electricity is distributed from the 1st to the 10th floor inclusively, the low current network is finished on the 9th floor. Waterproofing in bathrooms is done on floors from 1 to 6. Tiles are laid in apartments on the 1st-6th floors, work is underway on the 7th.

Plastering work in the apartments is done. They began to perform works on the stairs. The screed is made from the 1st to the 10th floor. Waterproofing on the terraces and the roof has been completed. The balconies are waterproofed from the 1st to the 7th floor.

Windows are installed from the 1st to the 10th floor. Aluminum facade structure has been installed on the side of the stairs. The facade from the side of the boulevard is finished. Installation of stone on the balcony fence is done on the southern and western facades, and on the terraces also.

Installationof elevators has begun. The parking lot is prepared for installation of the fire protection system.
