Painting work is underway in apartments 1-7, 9 on the 7th and 8th floors

Painting work is underway in apartments 1-7, 9 on the 7th and 8th floors. Corridors and apartments on the 1st floor are prepared for painting. Installation of stretch ceilings in apartments on the 8th floor has been completed. Installation of stretch ceilings in bathrooms on the 7th floor is in progress.

Parquet flooring and installation of interior doors is completed in apartments 1-7, 9 on the 7th and 8th floors. Installation of panic lamps in all apartments and installation of internal air conditioner units in apartments 8 from the 1st to the 10th floor have been completed.

Porcelain stoneware cladding of the stairs and entrance group is completed.

Puttying of walls, ceilings of stairwells and elevator halls on the 9th and 10th floors is in process.

Installation of switchboards is completed, the building is under voltage.

Installation of scaffolding of the eastern facade is in process, applying glue and installation of insulation are in progress. The insulation is ready on all roof terraces and access to the roof.

In the underground parking painting of walls is done. Also marking the walls and floorare finished. The installation of the roller blinds in the parking entrance is completed.
