Painting of apartments of types No. 1-7, 9 is finished

Painting of apartments of types No. 1-7, 9 is finished. Corridors on floors 2-8 are prepared for painting. Interphones are installed in all apartments.

Stretch ceilings have been installed in bathrooms on floors 1-10.

Installation of all types of lighting in apartments on floors 1-10 is finished: balcony lightning, bathroom lightning, panic lamps. Parquet flooring has been finished in apartments of types No. 1-7, 9, floors 1-10. Baseboards are under installation.

We are finishing assembling of interior doors - door frames are being installed. Work on installing balcony railings is in progress. Windows and roller shutters are being adjusted.

Tiling of stairs and entrance group floor is finished. Soil excavation work for ventilation shafts on the northern side of building has been completed. On the eastern facade and the 0th floor, the following works are done: installation of insulation and bovolite, installation of stone parapets.

Waterproofing work is underway on the exploited roof of the parking and driveways. In the underground parking cable layouts and a CO and CH control system are finished.
